Order Cancellation

1. Order Cancellation : Free Cancellation Window: Orders can be canceled for free within 12 hours of the order being placed.

2. Cancellation After 12 Hours: A 5% cancellation fee will be subtracted from the total order value if you decide to back out of the purchase after the free cancellation window.

Refund Policy

  1. 07-Day Money-Back Guarantee: We offer a 07-day money-back guarantee on all Gaddoc drone purchases. If you are not satisfied with your drone, you may return it within 7 days of the purchase date for a full refund.

  2. Eligibility for Refund: To be eligible for a refund, the drone must be in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition that you received it. Any damaged or used items may not be eligible for a refund.

  3. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance to ensure that the returned item reaches us safely.

  4. Refund Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a reasonable timeframe. ( It may take upto 7 working days for the amount to be credited to the original payment mode.)

Returns Policy

  1. Defective or Damaged Drones: If you receive a defective or damaged drone, please contact our customer support team at support@gaddoc.com within 2 days of receiving the item. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item for a replacement or refund.

  2. Non-Defective Returns: If you wish to return a non-defective item for reasons other than dissatisfaction, you may be subject to a restocking fee. Please contact our customer support team for further assistance.

  3. Cancellation Policy: A 5% cancellation fee will be subtracted from the total order value if you decide to back out of the purchase. Orders can be canceled for free within 12 hours of the order being placed.
  4. Website Shipping and Delivery: After an order is placed, it is shipped within 48 hours. In order to accommodate the holiday schedule, dispatch timeframes may be prolonged in the event of a public holiday.
